Working closely with our Lead Client Partners (LCPs) and delivery teams you will help build and deepen client relationships, drive pipeline, grow revenue, embed consistent account disciplines and support the LCP and teams to deliver exceptional client-centric experiences. You’ll play a critical role in connecting insights, unlocking opportunity, and collaborating across our lines of service. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: 3 yrs experience in Account Management, business development or client-facing roles ideally in a professional services environment Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills Commercial mindset with the ability to connect client priorities to firm capabilities Team player who thrives in a fast moving, matrixed environment Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and working with data to inform decisions In this role, your impact will be seen by: Working closely with LCPs and supporting account teams across three priority accounts Develop and execute account plans with LCPs, aligned to firm and industry priorities Drive consistent account disciplines by establishing and maintaining an effective account operating rhythm, regular account team meetings with agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up on actions Collaborate across lines of service and drive pipeline growth by proactively identifying opportunities, coordinating and supporting pursuits Maintain high-quality account data and reporting to support transparent and real-time decision making (pipeline, financial performance, margin, forecasts, client feedback, and contract management) Leverage tools (e.g. Salesforce, iPower, PowerBI) and data to support account planning, client conversations and drive insights Track progress and ensure accountability for key account actions across the teams Collaborate with Clients and Markets teams to activate on relevant campaigns, events and thought leadership to strengthen relationships with our clients Identify delivery efficiencies and support commercial excellence through analysis of account performance and pricing models.
